The ECS-1, ECS-2, and ECS-3 ceramic infrared emitters are characterized by a spherical shape of the radiation surface. This allows the emitter to be moved away from the heated surface while reducing the number of emitters on the heating table. When using emitters of this type in thermoforming machines, a distance of 15 to 20 cm from the emitter to the formed material is recommended, and the gap between individual emitters on the heating table is 3 to 5 cm. ECS emitters are well suited for heating panels in all drying and heating processes.
