ECS1 Ceramic Radiator

The ECS-1, ECS-2 and ECS-3 ceramic infrared emitters are characterized by a spherical radiation surface shape. This allows the emitter to be removed from the heated surface while reducing the number of emitters on the heating table. When using this type of emitter in thermoforming machines, a distance of 15 to 20 cm from the emitter to the molded material is recommended, and the gap between individual emitters on the heating table should be 3 to 5 cm. ECS emitters are well suited for heating panels in all drying and heating processes.

The option to purchase an emitter with a type "K" thermocouple is available.
