Boiler heaters

Boiler heater type KGO designed for work in oil.

The manufacturing includes the following set of materials:

• casing of tubular heating elements: acid-resistant steel
• mounting sleeves: brass
• mounting plate: galvanized steel
• junction box: galvanized steel

Single heaters in the KGO heating set are made to a voltage of 400V - connected in a triangle. The allowable temperature of the heated medium for the KGO heater is 150°C. The KGO heating set is intended for operation in a tank at a pressure not exceeding 0.4 MPa.

KGO type heaters are produced in three sizes of the mounting plate:

1. "Small" plate - maximum 6 tubular heating elements (3 internal, 3 external).
2. "Medium" plate - maximum 12 tubular heating elements (6 internal, 6 external).
3. "Small" plate - maximum 18 tubular heating elements (9 internal, 9 external).

Information about mounting and installing the radiator The radiator should be mounted to the tank casing in such a position that the tubular heating elements are completely submerged in the liquid. The tank should have a flange with a gasket made of a plate resistant to the action and temperature of the medium. Fastening screws should be M10 size and minimum length 40mm. Electrical connection clamps and the radiator's grounding clamp are located under the cover and are marked with appropriate symbols. The clamps are M6 size. The connection cable should be introduced under the radiator cover through a gland. After installing the gland, it should be tightened to secure the cable, and then the clamp cover should be securely tightened. The radiators are delivered without a connection cable, flange gasket, and mounting screws.

The heater is the current version of the no longer produced ELCAL heaters.
